If you have this issues, SCOM Web Console Internal Error 500 as screenshot below:
It may cause by the FIPS Implemented, you require to disable the FIPS for the SCOM Web Console Server as below:
By Default the Policy is disable, if it is enable then will cause the web console have this error.
